Our Returns Policy

At Sōter Naturals, we stand behind the quality of our skincare and wellness products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist within the guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the product

  • We will replace the item at no cost or issue store credit

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Items purchased on clearance or during special promotions

  • Gift cards

  • Free items or samples

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • You may receive a refund, replacement, or store credit

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Courier/return shipping fees are non-refundable (unless we made a mistake)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return courier fees unless the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.
